I can’t believe the day is finally here! A year ago, it was just a dream. Now I have managed to get my life into 2 checked bags and 2 carry-on and am moving to a new continent!
House remains a slight disaster. As many know, I am an “active procrastinator” but didn’t quite have time to finish cleaning (active being the type that needs the pressure of a deadline to get things done vs passive who doesn’t know where to start).

Now I am in the airport, enjoying my last Tim Hortons for a while. The lines were horrendous to check my bags, and again to go through security. On the plus side, the Deerfoot wasn’t too bad. Next stop is Sheridan and Gary’s!

Packing sucks! I am slowly getting things ready to leave next week. Phone is sold, car is for sale, and house is slowly being cleaned. I am trying to fit my entire life into 2 suitcases… A tough task! I am excited but a little overwhelmed too.

As I get going, I will have posts here, so if you feel like keeping up with me, or living vicariously through me, you are welcome to read! I will try my best to post pictures too.
